On our modern B2 sheet sized Komori presses using FM (Stochastic) screening we can produce very high quality brochure work competitively on runs up to 100,000. The registration and colour are easier to set and hold on a B2 sheet leading to a more consistent and higher quality finished product.
Our standard litho screening is FM20 micron dots, this has an equivalent screen ruling of 385 dots per inch using conventional screening which give a stunning almost continuous tone look to your images. Alternatively, we can offer conventional screening of 175 dots per inch or 200 dot per inch if preferred.
All our products can be printed on FSC or PFEC accredited stock allowing us to imprint the logo and accreditation number somewhere on your product proving chain of custody of the paper stock and showing your clients that you care for the environment.
If you don't want recycled paper then FSC accredited paper is for you. The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an international non-profit organisation founded in 1993 to support the world's forests.
FSC members comprise a diverse group of representatives from environmental and social groups, the timber trade, paper industry, forestry profession, indigenous people's organisations, community forestry groups and forest product certification organisations from around the world. It is their job to ensure that the forests are managed to protect wildlife habitat and respect the rights of local communities
